2. Whose personal data we process?
While our services are used by companies, we process personal data of the contact persons and other representatives of the companies. The same applies to our suppliers and service providers.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

The processing is based on our legitimate interests to conduct business, to manage our stakeholder relationships and to communicate about our services.

Not all categories apply to everyone. The personal data we process is primarily from the persons themselves. Some data may be provided by their employer or another representative of their employer.
6. For how long is the personal data processed?
Generally, the data of the representatives of our customers and suppliers is processed for as long as they represent their employer and as for as long as we have a business relationship with the company.
7. Who is the personal data shared with and where is it processed?
We disclose personal data to service providers, such as IT providers, who process personal data on our behalf. Where required by law, personal data is also disclosed to authorities.
Personal data is primarily processed in the European Union. However, some of our service providers operate globally and may also process some personal data outside the EU or reserve the right to do so if needed. In cases where processing takes place in countries not deemed to have an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission, Skyfora requires the service providers to ensure sufficient protection through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the implementation of additional safeguards, such as sufficient encryption of the processed data, or other similar measures recognized by the applicable data protection legislation.
8. What rights do data subjects have?
You have the right to access your data and the right to have any inaccurate or false data corrected. You also have the right to request that your data is deleted, that the processing of your data is restricted, and to object to the processing of personal data. For any processing based on your consent, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time.

Providing personal data is necessary for conducting business with us. Personal data is not used for profiling or making automated decisions with significant effects as referred to in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
