Skyfora provides atmospheric monitoring and weather forecasting services utilizing GNSS technology. Our services include data collection, processing, and delivery of weather intelligence to businesses and organizations. The specific terms of service delivery are defined in individual service agreements with our customers.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising our services
• Use our services to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, software, and algorithms, are owned by Skyfora Ltd or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
